Hi All, really didn’t know where to put this thread so figured this was a good a place as any 
Hubby and I took the kids and the dog to Wrest Park in Silsoe, on Sunday afternoon. The weather was fabulous, so of course this made the day even lovelier. Has anyone been there? It’s an English Heritage site (so hubby and I made use of our membership!), which apparently was the home of the de Grey family from the 13th Century right up until 1917. Anyway, the gardens were absolutely beautiful and well worth a trip. The old house was demolished some time ago to make way for the one that currently stands. Does anyone know of any excavations/reseach at Wrest Park?_________________With best wishes Eltanim
