As Jenni said, a very sad outcome. But what were the Traffic Wardens, who were handing these tickets out, thinking of? Have these people no common sense whatsoever? It beggers belief, that as the crowds were watching these people struggling to save the whale, the Traffic Wardens were slapping tickets on their vehicles!!
