Whilst I think that the big Roman dig could get more people interested in Roman studies, what about the roads ?. I have a complete copy of the classic ROMAN ROADS IN BRITAIN by Ivan D Margary.this was printed in 1967. The roads were the Romans biggest gift to this country, the line of them still followed by many main roads today. How about my book being updated. How about more possible roads being traced before modern developement wipes out all traces.
