Grandkids?! Grandkids??!!*?! I’m not that grey and wrinkly yet surely? Anyway, yes and yes! The kids settled with their grandparents like the little angels they’re not, and I was just getting out of my car as Chris and Eileen turned up. We had a lovely time with Fred and her husband (who is also Bob, just to confuse matters) including a very informative tour so that I didn’t really feel we’d misssed much because of the building work.
After lunch (a yummy pasty that was more meat than pastry Shock! Horror! Hold the front page!) Fred and Bob went home and the three of us had a mooch round Chichester cathedral before they shut for Evensong. At 3.30pm. 
Chris and Eileen went in search of an off-licence and I came home to find Bob hasn’t made the most of the last two days to clear out his shed, which I thought was the whole idea, but has instead watched a lot of telly, been to a 40th birthday party from which he got home only just before he turned into a pumpkin, and oh, yes, has done a lot of the laundry. So he’s forgiven. This time….
