I was born in Yorkshire some time ago (my first milestone birthday and finding it difficult to talk about). I moved to East Anglia with my family where I decided that Law was more lucrative than archaeology.
2 years on, I am in the Midlands, still practising law (the best way!). I have been interested in archaeology and history generally since I was at school. My most memorable experience was walking around Chichen Itza in Mexico. (Well, actually, my most memorable experience was getting married on a beach in Mexico, but Chichen Itza was a close second!) I have also seen the remains of an underwater village in Crete which I found moving, and sad because of the lack of effort to preserve the history.
