This topic has popped up on more than one thread but this looks the right place for it. I’ve seen various peeps using the following image servers for sundry pix:

Photobucket ~ http://i5.photobucket.com/

TinyPic ~ http://tinypic.com/ associated with the above
XS.to ~ http://xs.to/

any opinions/advice on these welcome

how long do the images stay alive online with TinyPic and XS?_________________

Not sure about tiny pic and xs but I use Photobucket.com and it’s really easy, use the free version and all you have to do is upload from your comp on to photobucket then copy and paste the img code below the photo and paste it on here like this…

Curses! Foiled again! I just tried to stop people from hotlinking from my site with code in .htaccess. Guess what? It doesn’t work. I just managed to hotlink from an image outside that directory. Anyway – thanks Co. for this thread wherein we can experiment._________________
