I enjoyed this one too! Although it was a little disconcerting to see Francis-the-Bronze-Age-man in charge of an Industrial dig! I also, quite seriously, wondered if the coin was some kind of offering, but I missed exactly where it was found. Bob wondered who was going to pay for the car park reinstatement – I wondered, from the look of it and from the obviously-redeveloped area around it, whether they were digging precisely because the area is about to be built on and the mill remains lost under glass and steel and concrete. Does anyone know?_________________

Have you guessed who I am yet?

well, mother enjoyed it, enough to ring me a minute after it finished! I was bit distracted by cooking up a fresh new year fat ball for the garden birds. there’s 7 hours or so of Big Roman Dig transmissions and nearly an hour of this one; is that a clue as to the extent of recycling? ch4 should be pleased as they got a virtual freebie hour of programming for their overall investment in TT._________________
