To be honest, at first I thought I’d leave well alone, after all, they have a right to live (I think), but then I couldn’t have the window open. For some reason, they didn’t wait to be antagonised before stinging, they just did it! Couldn’t risk twin baby grandchildren getting stung, so they had to go… Cost £40 with the council, I didn’t know there were specialist pest control companies… I’ve since realised how much damage they have done in the short space of time they were there, they have destroyed a fair bit of insulation!
I admire wasps, they are interesting to watch and I’m sure they do a good job, somewhere, but in this case – they had to go.
