Help! You will have to excuse my lack of facts on this one. A while ago I watched a telly programme (It may have been the one called castle), which mentioned surviving documentation regarding the King ordering pig fat so that it could be used to burn the timbers used in during the undermining of a tower. It was huge siege but I can not remember which castle it was and I need some details to do a search.
Any help out there?
