HELP!!!! I’ve been hi-jacked by a bleedin’ cake recipe!!

Can anybody tell me how to get rid of this perpetrator as unfortunately, unlike the Yanks, I don’t have access to billions of dollars worth of patriot missiles and their ilk!!

Got back around 2-ish as we had to go to my Dad’s 65th party this afternoon. It’s been a very eventful weekend!!
Logged on to check mails and noticed the hi-jack 
Oh and Ooban – it’s been liquid diet from 4pm onwards!
