OK, whizzkids, sort this one for me! Our ISP is breathe.com, who took over/bought out/whatever whsmithnet a while back. I’m receiving e-mail OK, including an average of 10-15 spam daily, but every time I try to send (whether through the breathe website or through OE at home) I get the same error message – something like “Your SMTP server has not responded in 60 seconds. Do you want to wait another 60 seconds or give up?” I’ve tried waiting another 60seconds several times, even 4 times one after the other, but it never seems to work.
I can access my work e-mail from the home PC (are you following this, everyone?!) and that seems to work OK both sending and receiving – so what’s going on?!!!
