Web based mail addys are ones like hotmail or yahoo. They also include googlemail.

To register you have to use your ISP E-Mail address. ISP is your Internet Server Provider.

So if you go online using British Telecom then you will have to register using your British Telecom mail E-Mail address. The same goes for Virgin, NTL and so on.
